We will be able to suggest moving dates. A moving date must be convenient to all parties and solicitors involved in the chain. Therefore, this date may take some negotiation!

Once a date has been agreed by everyone, the contracts are exchanged and the agreed moving date is inserted into the contract. This date is final and cannot be changed. You will need to arrange removals for the moving day.
