On the moving day, you must remember to take final meter readings and redirect any post.

You can arrange to pass the keys directly to your buyers or leave them with the estate agents.

If you are selling your house, we will be receiving the money from the building society and the money from your buyers solicitors through the bank transfer system. We would expect to receive this money by lunchtime. Once we have this money, we arrange to send the money to purchase your property to the sellers solicitors and then pay off your existing mortgage.

You should expect to pick up your keys about lunchtime. We will then forward you a full statement and any money left over to you within the next few days.
